brightgreen is not compatible with clipsal dimmer.. it will only dim to 50 percent i guess... not enough for moodlight... they suggested to use a particular dimmer which can dim it to 0 percent... Yes, everything that was an extra from the standard electrical plan was completed directly with the electrician though I do not know if this happens in other regions with DFH. Best to ask.

Very funny, but you know builders. Make it as cheaply as possible hence why they made it at 900mm centres to start with I think They didnt read the contract or didnt care then tell the owner that it is more expensive to save the fix/cost.
