I am building with M and planning to do flooring post handover, juggling between porcelain tiles which I like but partner likes oak flooring n pressure is intense, do you mind me asking if you did it post handover and how much per sq meter did it cost. Depending on the finish, tiles might be cheaper, especially if you can get M to lay them. Our product was just over $10...

I had a similar problem. We fixed it by getting the bricklayer to fill those weep holes and then drill out a few more higher up. Can you do similar? Fingers crossed for you. Thanks Chris, possibly could but then would require re-rendering the whole wall... builder obviously doesn’t want to do that ...
