@Jordann Roughly in the middle of your big 4 panel window there are white stencilled marks running horizontal on the glass Oh yes, that's standard. Thanks guys. They are all just stickers, so easily comes off if you dont want them.

Hi congrats those very close to getting the house key !!! I am getting very close as well, PCI 9th of July. Just a question whether you guys have an independent inspector for the final inspection stage?? is it worth it? I have seen reports of those inspectors and mostly only point out cosmetic item...

It really depends on the build.. We got an inspector and few things were picked up that was non-compliant. eg; Balcony ...
